Payment for the Service can only be made via a credit card. Monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions will be billed to your credit card on the first day of each Billing Cycle (monthly, quarterly or annually) until the Service is cancelled. Charges for monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions are not refundable once billed. Monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless you notify us that you want to terminate your service. Termination of your access to the Service will take effect on the first day of the next Billing Cycle.
Videos purchased as Pay Per View will be billed one time and will be available for one month from the date of purchase.
Billing for Service will be processed by Breakaway Training Solutions, Inc.
You will be responsible for the payment of all online charges and for the communication facilities which enable you to access the Service and any other applicable VAT, sales taxes or similar taxes. Breakaway Training Solutions may adjust or change the basis of calculation of the Fees by giving you notice on or before the commencement of your next Billing Cycle. Such change will be effective on the first day of the next Billing Cycle. Following notice of an increase in the Fees, you may terminate your access to the Service. Termination of your access to the Service will take effect on the first day of the next Billing Cycle.
If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you must email us at admin@breakawayts.com at least 2 days before your billing cycle ends so we can cancel the subscription before it automatically bills. Once it bills, we cannot refund the amount. After we receive your email request to cancel, we will send an email within 24 hours to confirm your cancellation request. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, call us directly, before your billing cycle ends, to confirm the request has been processed.
